C.A.R. Services (U.K.) Ltd. are acting as agents for the
sale of Rolling Stock. We accept no responsibility for the condition of any
vehicle which we offer for sale, nor do we offer any insurance for any
vehicle whilst it is at the vendors premises, in transit or at it's final
destination. All items offered for sale are as seen and where lying.The description of vehicle condition is as
provided by the vendor, we would urge prospective purchasers to view any
vehicle prior to purchase. Visits to view Rolling Stock will be arranged
by C.A.R. Services (U.K.) Ltd.We would expect prospective purchasers to provide
a non-refundable deposit (usually 10%) once a vehicle sale has been
agreed, payable to C.A.R. Services (U.K.) Ltd. (which may be subject to V.A.T.),
the balance payable to the vendor. (which may be subject to V.A.T.)The balance payable (which may be subject to
V.A.T.) must be made before any vehicle/s is/are
removed from the vendors premises. (where local conditions may apply). A
Release Note will be issued, once payment is cleared.A Certificate of Ownership will be issued showing
the change of owner which will be signed by the vendor. We will provide
prospective purchasers with the name of a recommended road transport
company, although there is no obligation on the purchasers part to use
that company.If any alterations, modifications etc. are
required to any vehicle we will provide prospective purchasers with the
name of a recommended engineering facility, although there is no
obligation on the part of the purchasers to use that engineering facility.
Some vendors may charge a fee for
moving a vehicle to a loading point. C.A.R.Services(UK)Ltd. accept
no liability for these charges, however every effort will be made on
behalf of our clients to keep these charges to a minimum. |
